The City of Edmonton released an updated Parent Resource Toolkit on January 26th, 2010. Developed with community input this unique resource helps parents talk to their kids about drugs and alcohol.

Conway Kootenay performed an emotional spoken word piece about addiction. He spoke as a parent and also as a young man from an aboriginal community, stressing the need to help youth to live healthy lifestyles.
